The Agent is the leader of this team and is responsible for coordinating all of your needs. Through the use of our risk management approach, the agent will identify your needs; analyze the exposures; search for alternatives; select the best coverages; and monitor the results of the program.

Division Specialists are used by the agent to assure that the most up-to-date coverage and market information is obtained within a specialized field. A few of our Division Specialists include seafaring experts, employee benefits specialists and worker's compensation analysts.

A Client Representative is assigned to you: someone you can always contact for the prompt handling of change requests, certificates of insurance and special requests. Client Representatives are available from 8:30AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. Your agent is available 24 hours a day, in case of an emergency.

A specific Claims Representative is assigned to your account, ensuring proper claims service in the event of a claim. The claims representative reviews all pertinent information on your claim, answers any questions and keeps you informed on the status of your claim until its conclusion.
